THE INFLUENCE OF TEMPERAMENT

Life with some is hardly endurable, with others it is passable, while there are those for whom it is a continuous enoyment. To which of these categories one belongs depends primarily on temperament. (*)

(*) - As man possesses many temperaments in combination, it is proper to use either the singular or plural and to speak of his "temperament" (collectively) or of his "temperaments." Both terms are made use of in these Lessons.
